Hi, this tutorial is applicable to VPS and Dedicated servers only. You have to contact your tech support and resolve that issue with them. However, I think your problem might be somewhere else e.g. email server or application misconfiguration. Sorry, but I can’t help you with that.

I doubt you can directly access Postfix application through cPanel. You need root server access.
