Yes, they are gradually phasing it out, as back in 2014 / early 2015 their “Free For Ever” plan offered unbelievable 500 verifications/day and 700 tries/day, then it was later reduced to 50 verifications and 70 tries, and finally to only 15 verifications and 10 tries in 2016.
